Kelly is an experienced Chartered Accountant with nearly 20 years in financial management, operational leadership, and strategic planning across the public and private sectors. She specialises in streamlining finance systems, enhancing business performance, and leading cross-functional teams.

With a Master of Business Psychology, Kelly brings a people-focused, improvement-driven approach to every engagement. Whether it's developing strategic frameworks, implementing efficient bookkeeping workflows, or building financial systems that actually work for your team.

Outside of business, you will often find Kelly on weekends cheering from the sidelines of soccer fields or chasing little ones around playgrounds. Kelly is dedicated to living the values of Cadent Consulting and volunteers as a Meal Host and fundraising events at Ronald McDonald House, bringing the same commitment to service and community that defines her professional approach.

Based in Hamilton, NSW, she offers flexible consulting and bookkeeping support for businesses seeking practical, results-oriented financial expertise that moves to their rhythm.
